As a standard condition of your retirement, the County of San Mateo requires that you or your eligible dependents enroll in Medicare Part A and Part B when you turn 65.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to make/change your plan elections, add/drop dependents for the upcoming year, and enroll in FSA/HSA. You will be able to make changes October 16th through November 10th. Selections made during Open Enrollment will be effective January 1, 2024. Please check back for updates!
