A division of the Human Resources Department, the Procurement Division includes Procurement and Mail Services.
Procurement obtains quality goods and services, distributes internal and U.S. Mail* for County departments. All of this is done in a fair, cost-effective, accurate, and timely manner.
The Procurement Division provides procurement services to all County departments and acts as a regulatory mechanism to help county departments obtain maximum value for each dollar spent while maintaining compliance with all relevant County, State and Federal, laws, ordinances and policies.
The Procurement Division received the Award for Excellence in Procurement (AEP) for the first time in 2022. This award is only conferred on organizations that demonstrate a commitment to procurement excellence.
