Sequoia Avenue Condominium Subdivision

The applicant is seeking a Major Subdivision to construct a new four-story, 23-unit residential condominium building that includes a ground-level garage for 33 parking spaces, bike lockers, and storage on a legal 18,951 sq. ft parcel in the Sequoia Tract area of San Mateo County.

Moss Beach State Route 1 Congestion & Safety Improvements Project

The County of San Mateo and the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA), in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), are initiating a project to study improvements along State Route 1 (SR-1) in Moss Beach.

San Mateo County Housing Element Update 2023-2031

San Mateo County is updating its Housing Element to include assessments of the County’s housing need over the next eight years, policies and programs to address that need, and identification of available locations for housing development.
