San Mateo County offers Masters graduates and students the unique opportunity to work in one of the County's departments as a fellow for two to three years. San Mateo County's fellowship program aims to provide talented individuals with the opportunity to gain experience in the public sector and contribute to the County's efforts to increase efficiency and enhance the ways in which the organization serves its residents. San Mateo County offers a variety of fellowship opportunities geared towards individuals with different specializations.
