Any newly hired employee who is hired from December 2022 through November 2023 who elects to enroll in any Aetna Medical plan during their new hire benefits election will receive a one-time lump sum payment of $900.

This is a one-time incentive for newly hired employees who enroll in an Aetna plan!

Note: This incentive payment will also include any extra-help employee who is newly hired as a Regular/Permanent employee, since the Aetna medical plans were not previously available to extra help employees. This payment will be taxed according to your W2 tax exemption that you set up in Workday.
