Conrad has over 16 years of experience in the County in a variety of roles including serving as a Budget Analyst in the County Executive’s Office, an Administrative Services Manager and a Health Services Manager at County Health. This has given him a broad insight into program management and operations and has served him well in his current role as the Organizational Development Manager in Human Resources. He also worked for two other public sector agencies for 10 years prior to joining the County. Conrad is passionate about self-development, wellness, and enjoys coaching. He is an internal Certified Coach.
