New Employee Welcome is a special occasion where we roll out the red carpet to introduce and integrate our newest team members into the County family. This event is all about creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere from the very beginning. It includes County speakers to familiarize new hires with our organization and opportunities for networking with colleagues. By offering a warm and engaging welcome, we aim to set the stage for a rewarding and successful experience as you embark on your journey with us.
