1. I was able to access Remotiv, but I cannot find the qualifying activities.
Please refer to the detailed instructions that you can find on the Remotiv Portal Navigation Guide online, which provide step-by-step guidance on how to navigate Remotiv and locate the qualifying activities.
2. Is this Incentive Program entirely separate from the other Wellness Program Incentive that offers up to $600 to employees?
Yes. This is a separate program from our current Wellness Dividend Program. Participation in one program does not impact eligibility for the other.
3. I currently contribute a flat dollar amount to Empower and not a percentage. How will you measure whether I have increased my contribution by 1% or more?
If you increase your contribution by a dollar amount that exceeds 1% of your current election, this will qualify as a contribution increase and count as a completed activity.
4. Please confirm that the 2025 Retirement Readiness Report I received in Remotiv qualifies as a completed activity.
If you received a 2025 Retirement Readiness Report in your Remotiv portal, it will qualify as a completed activity as long as you have opened and reviewed the report.
5. I signed up for Remotiv for the first time in my Open Enrolment in 2025 to get a report in 2026. Will this qualify as a completed activity?
If you enrolled during 2025 Open Enrollment to receive a new Retirement Readiness Report in 2026, this will count as a completed activity for the 2026 Financial Wellness Incentive Program.
If you did not elect this option during Open Enrollment, you will have another opportunity in 2026 to receive a new report in 2027; however, that election will not qualify as a completed activity toward the 2026 Incentive Program requirements.
6. How do I confirm that I have completed the necessary items and that I am entered into the drawing?
Completion is not updated in real time, as we rely on vendor participation reports after each quarterly deadline. Once those reports are received and reviewed, we will send a confirmation to employees who have completed the two qualifying activities and will be entered into the drawing. This confirmation will be sent prior to each drawing.
7. My dashboard is not showing any modules to complete. Why?
If you have already completed the module tied to your current pathway (Savings, Debt, etc.), your dashboard will indicate that the Assessment Module for your selected pathway has been completed.
You may return to the home page and select a different pathway to access a new module associated with that pathway. Otherwise, completion of your current pathway module will count as a completed activity.
