The County MentorLink Program is a multi-session initiative designed to foster professional growth, skill development, and career advancement for County employees.
Through structured mentorship pairings, participants will engage in meaningful discussions, gain valuable insights, and work collaboratively toward their goals. Each pair will utilize a Mentoring Action Plan (MAP) to set clear objectives, track progress, and ensure mentee follow-through.
