Facilities within San Mateo County Parks may be reserved using our online reservations system. To reserve a site navigate to the park you wish to use and explore "reservable facilities" or go directly to the facility you wish to reserve via our Facilities Index. If you already know which facility you wish to reserve go directly to our on line reservation system.

Special Events
Are you are planning a large event or plan to use a reservable facility beyond its maximum capacity? Get started with the Special Event Permit process using the following documents:
Jumpers
Jumpers are allowed in select facilities. An additional fee of $90.00 is required and jumpers are allowed only after payment is accepted, and permit issued from the Reservation Office.
Availability
Please note that reservable facilities may be reserved six months in advance and they often fill up early. It is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible.
Most picnic sites are open year-round. Camping sites are open from the second Sunday in May through the third Sunday in October. Please check the individual facilities' pages for additional information and availability.
Campsites must be reserved for a minimum of three nights, when reserved for the Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day holiday weekends.
Payment
Credit Card
When making a reservation over the phone, please have your credit card information ready—all major credit cards are accepted.
Cash/Check
Cash and check payments are accepted when making a reservation in person at the reservation desk. To make an appointment for in-person service call (650) 363-4020 (M-Th 7:30am-5pm) or email ParksandRecreation@smcgov.org.
Parks Fees & Charges
Fees may vary depending on facility usage. For more information see specific usage fees and charges.
Vehicle/bus entry fees are charged separately from reservation fees.
Cancellation
A non-refundable fee will be incurred for a cancellation of a reservation.
Refunds
For a reservation refund (minus the cancellation fee), requests must be made at least 15 business days prior to the date of your event. See fees and charges for specific refund information.
Any reservation that falls on the following holidays is non-refundable and non-changeable.
