To reserve a site navigate to the park you wish to use and explore "reservable facilities" or go directly to the facility you wish to reserve via our Facilities Index. Jumper

Jumpers

Jumpers are allowed in select facilities. An additional fee of $90.00 is required and jumpers are allowed only after payment is accepted, and permit issued from the Reservation Office.

Before Making a Reservation
Usage 

Usage varies among county facilities. Some uses include group, family, or youth camping, or group or family picnicking.

We want your celebration or event to be a success. If you plan to use the area beyond the capacity already included in the picnic site (tables and BBQ grill), please contact our reservations desk (open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm) at (650) 363-4021 about a permit (additional fees may apply).


Payment Method

When making a reservation over the phone, please have your credit card information ready (VISA or MASTERCARD only). Cash and check payments are accepted when making a reservation in person at the reservation desk.


Regulations

Before making a reservation, please familiarize yourself with park regulations.


Availability

Please note that reservable facilities may be reserved six months in advance and they often fill up early. It is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as possible.

Most picnic sites are open year-round. Camping sites are open from the second Sunday in May through the third Sunday in October. Please check the individual facilities' pages for additional information and availability.


Holiday Reservation Policy

Any reservation that falls on the following holidays is non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day

On these holiday weekends, sites must be reserved for a minimum of three nights.


Vehicle Entry

Reservation fee does not include a vehicle entry fee or bus entry fee.


Cancellation

fee will be incurred for a cancellation of a reservation. This fee is not refundable.


Refunds

For a reservation refund, requests must be made at least 8 business days prior to the date of your event. Cancellation fees still apply. See fees and charges for specific refund information.
