Redwood Flat Campground is available for use by reservation only and open from Memorial Weekend in May to October 31. Reserved dates are non-changeable and fees are non-refundable.

This area is approximately 2 acres in size with a crushed rock and wood chip surface. Its surface slope varies from 0%-2%. The area is partly shady due to its surrounding vegetation made up of redwood, tan oak, doug fir and huckleberry. Days are usually sunny, but sometimes damp and cool. Parking is shared among all park users and is available on a first come, first served basis.

While the site isn't technically ADA compliant, it does provide reasonable accommodation for wheelchair users and those with disability concerns. A vehicle dropping off a wheelchair user should be able to do so without issue due to the site's particularly flat and stable ground.
