In all matters related to procurement, Planning and Building is committed to ensuring that goods and services are of high quality, available when needed, and competitively priced. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional behavior and ethical conduct in public purchasing.

Code of Ethical Conduct

Planning and Building employees are stewards of public funds and must ensure that expenditures of public funds, such as through the procurement and contracting process, occur ethically and responsibly.  The Code of Ethical Conduct must be followed in relation to all procurement activities.

Current Open RFPs/RFQs

Current requests for proposals/quotations (if any) are listed below. You should visit this page frequently as postings are updated on an as-needed basis. Contact Ellie Dallman, Administrative Services Manager, if you have any problems or questions accessing these documents.

For your convenience, proposal documents are available in PDF format for your viewing or printing. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer to view or print these documents online.

If you plan to respond to a proposal, you must notify the point of contact listed in the packet. Failure to notify us may result in your not being notified of any addenda or changes and may subsequently disqualify you from the proposal process.

In all cases, awards are made to the best advantage of Planning and Building. Price may not always be the determining factor, particularly in requests for proposals containing other special evaluation factors. Proposal responses must address these factors and will be excluded from consideration if these factors are not addressed.

For more information on the procurement process, please view the County's procurement page.
