Project Description:

A public workshop will take place to allow for public comments on a proposal to construct a Horse Stable and Rehabilitation Facility consisting of a 40-stall horse stable, a covered riding arena, one site manager residence, and a rehabilitation building. The facility will operate as a private equine stable and rehabilitation farm focused on horse boarding, training, and rehabilitation services. Includes 26,788 of cut and 26,940 of fill. The proposed project is located at 306 San Mateo Road in the unincorporated area of Half Moon Bay of San Mateo County. The property is approximately 262 acres in size and is zoned PAD/CD (Planned Agricultural District/Coastal Development District) with a General Plan land use designation of Agriculture.
