About the Project:
The County Planning and Building Department has received a SB330 Builder’s Remedy application at property located on Christian Drive at Ralston Ranch Road (adjoining areas within the City of Belmont) that proposes:
- Construction of 137 residential multi-family units; 14 stories (2 garage, 11 residential, 1 common amenities)
- Designation of 13% of the proposed 137 residential units as affordable (18 units)
- Provision of 292 on-site parking spaces
Housing Accountability Act Notice Pursuant to Government Code Section 65589.5(h)(6)(E)
On August 17, 2026, the applicant for the above-referenced application submitted a written notice to the County of San Mateo (“County”) pursuant to California Government Code Section 65589.5(h)(6)(E). Government Code Section 65589.5(h)(6)(E)(ii) requires the County to post the notice on its website and provide copies to specified individuals and to the county clerk.
