We're excited to welcome a temporary pump track to Coyote Point now through June 10.
A pump track is a series of fun rollers and banked turns for those on bikes, skateboards, and scooters to ride through solely by "pumping"—generating momentum by up and down body movements—instead of pedaling or pushing. Here's a video of our Parks electrician, testing out the track:
The pump track has been installed at the site of the decommissioned Eucalyptus Playground, within view of the Coyote Point Marina. Pay a visit next time you're biking along the San Francisco Bay Trail, which passes through Coyote Point.
Please be courteous to other track uses and follow the guidelines and etiquette detailed below.
