RFP: Development of 1580-1590 Maple Street
The County of San Mateo, through its Department of Housing, is seeking qualified and experienced development teams to submit a description of their qualifications together with a conceptual proposal to develop a flagship permanent supportive housing project at 1580 - 1590 Maple Street, Redwood City, CA.
An optional Applicants Information Conference/Q&A webinar was held on Thursday, June 9th.
Please note the preliminary report attached below is from October 2021, prior to title for the property being transferred to the City of Redwood City.

No Paper Originals:
The Requirement per Section III.A.2 to deliver "one (1) original of their Proposal with wet signatures" is suspended. Please do not deliver any paper copies.
Drop off USB Thumb Drive at Department of Housing Drop Box by 4:00pm Tuesday, July 5th:
The Requirement per Section III.A.2 to deliver "one (1) digital version submitted on a USB (thumb) drive" is extended by one business day from the Proposal Deadline.
Note: Section III.A.1 Mandatory Use of Public Purchase continues to apply.
Neither Hand Delivery nor Obtaining a date/stamp receipt from the Department receptionist is advised. A drop box for submission of the USB drive is available at the address indicated in this section of the RFP.
