Debbie McIntyre has worked with the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo for over 30 years. She has served in a variety of positions with the Housing Authority and is currently the Administrative Services Manager. She oversees a dedicated team of employees responsible for customer service at the front desk, electronic document management, and program compliance. She’s proud to work with her colleagues at the Department of Housing and enjoys the collaboration and innovation across all areas of the agency.
Debbie was born and raised in San Mateo County and lives in San Mateo. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Technical Writing and earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the College of Notre Dame.
