Federal CDBG/HOME NOFA for Housing Development and Public Facility Improvements
Funding being made available through these NOFAs will be from Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, the Federal Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) program, and the Federal HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program. The Department of Housing invites applications for eligible activities under these programs. The NOFA guidelines, schedule, and Funding Priorities are posted below.

Application Due Date: 5:00 PM on Thursday, January 13, 2022.
Technical Assistance Session for Applicants: Wednesday, January 5, 2022, through a virtual conference meeting. Zoom meeting link and time will be posted on this site; please check back frequently for updates. Attendance by applicants is not mandatory but highly encouraged, especially for any new applications/projects to the County.
