On December 12, 2017, the Board of Supervisors adopted an update to the County’s Subdivision Regulations to incorporate changes made to the California Subdivision Map Act and to reflect pertinent case law. In addition, the update clarifies and streamlines the regulations and the subdivision process to make them both more user-friendly. Subdivision applications not required to prepare a Master Land Development Plan, must complete a Development Footprint Analysis prior to submitting a subdivision application.
