The County of San Mateo (County) is seeking proposals to develop an automated solution that can interpret building and site plans, check the plans for Zoning Regulation and Building Code compliance, and provide a recommendation for approval or denial of the submitted plans. Organizations or individuals interested in responding to this solicitation must register online with the County of San Mateo via Public purchase. It is recommended that organizations complete this registration as soon as possible to allow enough time for processing.
