Tarwater Trailhead and Flat Closures

The road and parking lot at Tarwater Trailhead are closed due to degraded road conditions. Tarwater Flat also remains closed.

Closure on Baker Fire Road

Baker Fire Road is closed between junctions 74 & 75 due to a bridge failure.

Old Haul Road is Open

Intermittent closures on Old Haul Road for forest health and fuel reduction work have been lifted.

This park-wide forest health and fuel reduction project is funded by CAL FIRE Forest Health Grant as part of California Climate Investments and is managed by San Mateo County Parks, San Mateo RCD and Auten Resources Consulting.
