The attached report, conducted in October 2021, assesses tree conditions and summarizes tree maintenance recommendations for Flood Park. It was conducted by an independent contractor and updates the knowledge base established in the 2019 Flood Park EIR.

The report is an invaluable tool for the Department as it makes tree management decisions and strategizes to mitigate potential hazards. The maintenance and management recommendations in the report consider tree health and quality, risks to buildings and infrastructure, and public and staff safety.

Find below the summary report and visit the TreeKeeper geospatial map portal to view details regarding every tree’s species, site identification, tree tag number, stems, tree height, and diameter.
