Stone Pine Cove is an exciting new affordable manufactured home community located in the scenic coastal city of Half Moon Bay. The County of San Mateo is now accepting pre-applications for this community, which is just a short walk from downtown Half Moon Bay's vibrant restaurants and shops on Main Street. Stone Pine Cove will be professionally managed and is conveniently located next to a newly developed public park and playground.

This community will feature 46 newly constructed homes exclusively for low-income farmworker families who live and work in San Mateo County. Homes are available to households with annual income levels up to  60% of the Area’s Median Income (AMI), with space/lot rent varying based on income.  Please see flyer below for space/lot rent costs.

To make homeownership achievable for buyers of Stone Pine Cove, the County of San Mateo is offering a unique financing opportunity. All eligible homebuyers can access a 20-year, zero-interest, deferred payment, forgivable loan for the full cost of the manufactured home. No down payment or monthly mortgage payments are required.

Homebuyers will be responsible for paying space rent, insurance, utilities, property taxes, and ongoing repairs, and maintenance on their home.
