This form allows neighbors who share a property line with San Mateo County Parks to request an inspection of trees in the park that show signs of failure due to defects or conditions of concern. County arborists will respond directly to requests made through this form.

This form is for trees in San Mateo County Parks ONLY. If the hazardous tree you wish to report borders a San Mateo County road or sidewalk (i.e. the County right-of-way) please contact Public Works.

Before filling out this form please confirm that the following is true:

  • The tree you are reporting is located in a San Mateo County Park.
  • The tree has defects or other concerning features that increase the tree’s likelihood of causing injury or damage.
  • The tree is within striking distance of your property.
