The jumper companies listed below already have insurance information on file with San Mateo County Parks. You are not required to use these companies; however, any company you choose to rent the jumper from must have $1,000,000 liability insurance and needs to add the County of San Mateo Parks Division as an additional insured for your event.

You must submit the Hold Harmless Agreement and payment to the Main Office at least three working days prior to the reservation date or a jumper permit will not be issued.
Operation hours for the Parks Main Office are Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–5:00pm. The office is closed on Fridays and on all County-recognized holidays. Please call the reservation line at (650) 363-4021 to pay for the jumper.
Jumper Requirements for Permit
- Jumpers are only permitted in designated areas. Find jumper-friendly reservable sites listed on Jumpers at San Mateo County Parks.
- You must have a site reserved to be able to bring in a jumper (jumpers are not allowed at drop-in picnic sites).
- Payment of a jumper permit fee is required to have a jumper.
- Only 16'x16'-sized jumpers are allowed.
- Jumpers with attachments are not allowed (slides, obstacle course, water, etc.).
- Dunk tanks are not allowed.
- Giant hamster balls are not allowed.
