This area is approximately 80' with 0% slope and an asphalt, wood chips surface. Pine and Oak trees provide some shade, but it is mostly sunny. Expect warm to hot weather in the summer; light breeze in the afternoons. A nearby volleyball court and horseshoe pit are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Barbecues can be raised or lowered. Parking is shared among all park users and is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Private vehicles are not allowed in the picnic areas. Deliveries, caterers, and groups with large quantities of supplies must be approved by park staff.
