Magic Mountain Playground & Picnic Sites Closed for Construction, Beginning September 14

Beginning Monday, September 14, construction will begin on the new Magic Mountain Playground. The playground and surrounding picnic sites will be closed. Reservations for these picnic sites will not be available until the area reopens in spring 2027.

The parking lot directly behind Magic Mountain Playground and the EV charging stations located there will also be closed during construction. RV camping areas and the restroom near Magic Mountain will remain open.

Eucalyptus Playground Decommissioned

The Eucalyptus Playground at Coyote Point has been decommissioned due to age of equipment and unavailability of replacement parts. There are no immediate plans to install new play equipment.
