Project Description:

A public workshop will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.  The purpose of the workshop is to allow for public comments on a proposal to construct a resort facility which will include construction of a clubhouse, restaurant, wellness center, 12 villas, 6 cabanas, 3 sport courts, a new campground with 12 campsites in the western valley of the property,  owner operator residence, additional site parking, and expansion of the reservoir on the eastern ridge of the property. The project also proposes to provide 6 farm labor housing units and reconfiguration of existing onsite agriculture in the eastern valley of the property. The property is approximately 164 acres in size and is zoned PAD/CD (Planned Agricultural District/Coastal Development District) with a General Plan land use designation of Agriculture.
