About the Project:

The County Planning and Building Department has received a preliminary SB330/SB8 Builder’s Remedy application at Shamrock Ranch (100 Shamrock Ranch Road) that proposes:

  1. Demolition of 16 existing dwelling units
  2. Construction of 364 residential units; 129 single-family detached homes, 22 duplex units, 63 townhomes, and 150 condominiums 
  3. Designation of 20% of the proposed 364 residential units as affordable (73 units)
  4. Provision of 1,172 on-site parking spaces
  5. Construction of a swimming pool and a recreation room as community amenities

This project also seeks approval of a proposed Vesting Tentative Map

Pursuant to Senate Bill 330 (SB330and Senate Bill 8 (SB8) regulations regulations, an applicant may submit a preliminary application to the County and subsequently submit a full application within 180 days.

The full application deadline is June 27, 2026
