As part of the rezoning process, the County is working with residents and other stakeholders through an outreach process involving community meetings, meetings with the North Fair Oaks Community Council, Planning Commission hearings, and Board of Supervisors hearings, to draft, refine, adopt and implement the revised zoning. The following includes information and materials related to future and past outreach efforts.

All North Fair Oaks residents, businesses, and property owners are invited to attend this meeting, hosted by the San Mateo County Planning and Building Department, to learn about the process for updating the zoning regulations for the areas within Phase 2B and Phase 3. Childcare and Spanish translation will be provided.

December 11, 2018 - Phase 3 IMU Workshop
On the evening of December 11th, the County held a community workshop focused on Phase 3, the proposed Industrial Mixed Use district. Similar to the November 13th meeting, the purpose of the meeting was to provide information on proposed land uses, heights, and other development standards for this area. Community members heard a presentation by the County, and were able ask questions and provide input at four stations covering different topics.
