Jessica Stanfill Mullin is a Housing Policy and Program Manager for the San Mateo County Department of Housing, where she manages multiple housing policy initiatives, policy development and communications. Prior to joining the Department, Jessica served in the County’s Office of Sustainability as a Program Manager for the Livable Communities programs. Jessica has previously worked for the League of California Cities, the California State Assembly and the US House of Representatives.
She has a master’s in public policy from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s in history and political science from Marquette University. She is a native of San Mateo County, growing up and currently living in South San Francisco with her husband, twin sons and Storm, a rescued husky.
