Ellie Dallman is the Deputy Director of Housing Administrative Services for County of San Mateo’s Department of Housing where she oversees finance, human resources, information technology, and facilities management.
Since joining the County in 2014, Ellie has held a variety of roles including overseeing administrative services for the County’s Planning and Building Department; serving on the County’s Executive Office Budget, Policy, and Performance Team; and serving as a key staff member for former District 3 County Supervisor Don Horsley. Prior to joining the County of San Mateo, Ellie worked in non-profits, education administration and research.
Ellie grew up in San Mateo County and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University; an undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego in Urban Planning with a minor in Spanish Literature; and is a graduate of the MMANC UpNext Leadership Community and the University of California, Berkeley Othering and Belonging Institute Social Inclusion Policy Fellowship.
