Anthony Parenti serves as the Housing & Community Development (HCD) Financial Services Manager for the Department of Housing, where he leads the agency’s budgeting, financial planning, and fiscal operations. Since joining the department nine years ago as a Fiscal Office Specialist, Anthony has played a key role in supporting programs that directly impact the community, bringing both strategic insight and a hands-on approach to public service.

Prior to his work in the public sector, Anthony spent 11 years in the banking industry, where he developed a strong foundation in finance, operations, and client service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
