San Mateo County is announcing substantial amendments to its 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan (2023-2027 ConPlan) and to its 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan (2025-2026 AAP) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) programs to add the City of Redwood City to the HOME Investment Partnership Consortium and to use unallocated CDBG funds from activities that were canceled or did not draw down the full amounts awarded by the County.
