San Mateo County is announcing a substantial amendment to its 2019-2020, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Annual Action Plans for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) programs to use CDBG and CDBG-CV (CDBG Cares Act) funds for Program Year 2024 activities.
