On September 10, 2025, the Housing and Community Development Committee (HCDC) will convene a Public Hearing to consider proposals submitted for Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) funding received in response to the County’s Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA), released on June 3, 2025 and posted on the Department of Housing’s website at https://www.smcgov.org/housing/ahf13-nofa.
