The County of San Mateo Department of Housing will authorize WeHOPE to submit a request to the HUD Program Office/State administering agency for the release of Fiscal Year 22, 23, and 24 Community Planning and Development (CPD) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, to undertake the following project:  Project/Program Title:1836-Bay-Road-(East-Palo-Alto)-WeHOPE-Project-NEPA-Review.
