The following document is available for public review and comment: the San Mateo Urban County HOME Consortium “Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report” (CAPER) for fiscal year 2024-2025 (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025).

The CAPER is a year-end programmatic and financial report summarizing all federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Planning and Development programs, including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funds. A copy of the draft CAPER will be available for the public to review between September 10, 2025 and September 25, 2025 online at www.smcgov.org/housing/doh-public-notices.
