Telecare Corporation and the City of South San Francisco -- Industrial Hotel
This project, a collaboration between the city of South San Francisco, Telecare Corporation and Behavioral Health and Recovery Services aims to improve the quality of housing for 44 adults living with a serious mental illness and residing at the Industrial Hotel. The project includes two phases: substantially refurbishing the individual and common living spaces; and conducting a feasibility study to analyze a potential replacement site and funding strategy.

The amended Agreement will increase the County’s maximum obligation by $425,000 to a new amount not to exceed $16,537,691 with no change to the term of the Agreement. The Agreement with the City of South San Francisco will be coming to your Board for approval in the near future.
