As Deputy Clerk of the Board, Sherry oversees the Board of Supervisor's agenda development process, including gathering and organizing agenda items; processing and certifying executed resolutions, contracts and ordinances. She agendizes memorandums for Boards and Commissions appointments and reappointments that either the Board of Supervisors appoints members to and/or sits as members. Sherry works with County officials, department directors, office personnel, community leaders and community members in: gathering and organizing agenda items; processing and certifying executed resolutions, contracts and ordinances; and providing information on past Board resolutions, contracts and ordinances. 

Sherry holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from San Jose State University and was recognized as a Dean's Scholar award recipient.
