The final virtual event in the series will develop first step solutions to everyday issues facing homeless populations in our community. The housing first model provides a path forward for individuals and families but the difficult transition from the street to permanent housing provides the opportunity to engage with homeless populations on the continuing barriers to maintaining housing and self- sufficiency.
