San Mateo County Funding Opportunities

The County of San Mateo is committed to ensuring a complete count of all residents in Census 2020.  Large segments of the county have historically been hard to count or are expected to be least likely to respond given the current political climate.  Therefore, we aim to work with trusted community partners to educate, motivate, and activate residents in participating in the census. There have been 3 Request for Proposals (RFPs) released to date:

  1. RFP 1: Outreach and Support, Released July 10, 2019 / Closed August 7, 2019 - located here.
  2. RFP 2: Mini-Contracts, Released September 16, 2019 / Closed October 9, 2019 - located here.
  3. RFP 3: Outreach, Released November 25, 2019 / Closed December, 2019 - located here.
  4. RFP 4: Census Community Events, Released January 29, 2020 / Closed February 10, 2020 - located here.
