GI Josie provides non-clinical programs and support to women veterans (and their children) who endure PTSD and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) by creating a transitional ranch community on which our women veterans and their children can live and Heal & Conquer from their service borne traumas.

Women's Trauma Recovery Program
The Women's Trauma Recovery Program (WTRP) is an intensive residential program with a strong emphasis on enhancing interpersonal functioning and building skills to cope with distress through classes that focus on the development of approach-oriented coping skills, such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, effective interpersonal communication, relapse prevention, and exposure therapy. It is the first and longest standing program of its kind and is open to women across the country.
