Victoria Magbilang is a graphic designer based in Daly City whose work centers on community, creativity, and access to the arts. She serves as Executive Director of the Daly City Public Library Associates (DCPLA), the nonprofit organization that launched the annual Daly City Art & Lit Fest in 2022. Victoria is also the founding Program Director of DCPLA’s Daly City Youth Poet Laureate Program, the first of its kind in San Mateo County and a proud partner of the National Youth Poet Laureate Program and Urban Word.

In 2022, Victoria brought her vision for a mural at Daly City’s Top of the Hill neighborhood to life, collaborating with Art Club students from Jefferson High School, the Bay Area Mural Program, and Dragonfly Community Arts to create a public artwork rooted in local youth voices.

Deeply committed to expanding arts opportunities and exposure throughout her community, Victoria views her role on the San Mateo County Arts Commission as an opportunity to engage with a broader arts ecosystem while creating new pathways for creative expression in Daly City.
