Mark your calendars for September 28, 2025, 11am-5pm forthe second annual September Arts and Culture Festival in downtown San Mateo! The Office of Arts and Culture and our partner, the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce, will provide a day of local music, performances, artists, food, children's activities, and FUN. New this year is a special poetry corner where poets can gather and share their work and a maker space.
This year we have secured space for 30 booths for visual artists residing in San Mateo County. The cost is $130 for one artist or a shared booth $75 per artist.
Performing artists - dancers, musicians, and actors - we will have one stage this year for groups up to 15 performers and the maximum showtime is 20 minutes. Artists will be compensated for their time.
Applications will be accepted June 1 - July 15, 2025, and reviewed and accepted on a first come, first served basis.
