County Executive’s Office

Rebecca Carabez, appointed as an At-Large Alternate, resides in Daly City.  She is a retired Professor of Public Health Nursing and Global Perspectives at San Francisco State University’s School of Nursing.  She also served on the San Mateo County LGBTQ+ Commission, as both Co-Chair and Member. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco, and a Master’s and a Ph.D. from the University of Calfornia San Francisco’s School of Nursing.
