Community Based Organization Camping Trips

San Mateo County Parks works with the San Mateo County Parks Foundation to provide several two (2) night camping trips at Memorial Park for youth and chaperones from select Community Based Organizations serving disadvantaged communities throughout San Mateo County.

Junior Naturalist Camp

San Mateo County Parks provides two (2) day summer camps at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve for local Community Based Organizations serving youth in underserved areas of San Mateo County. Youth attending these trips are between 7 and 12 years old and experience a variety of activities and lessons over the course of camp to explore and learn about the marine and coastal environment.
