Project consists of a renovation of 3701 Hacienda St., San Mateo, CA to a Behavioral Health Facility (Serenity House) that will include: Demolition, New construction, Remodeling, and Interior work for General Construction, Site, Civil and Landscaping, Utilities and Mechancial, Electrical and Plumbing as described within the scope of the Contract documents. The existing building is approximately 4,814 SF and an adjacent single story building approximately 768 SF.
Provide labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, supplies, methods, operations, skills in such quanities as may be necessary to complete Project within intent of the Contract Documents. Except as specifically indicated or as may be necesary to complete the work under the contract, activites of the contract shall be limited to within the limits designated on drawings.
