This Job Order Contract (JOC) is an indefinite quantity contract pursuant to which the Contractor will perform a variety of individual Projects, consisting of specific construction tasks, at different locations. The scope of this JOC Contract is for engineering, construction, roads and utility work, and other repetitive related work to be performed for the County.

Please review the Notice to Contractors document below and click on the link found under paragraph (1)a.  All Contractors are required to complete the Plan Holders Affidavit prior to accessing the project documents. Once the Affidavit is completed, you will be directed to download the bidding documents.

If you have specific questions related to the JOC, please submit your RFI's in writing to and by Monday February 27, 2023.

Bid Opening: Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 2:30PM (Updated)

Mandatory pre-bid meeting: Monday, March 6, 2023 at 10AM

Contractors are only allowed to bid the project if they join the mandatory pre-bid meeting within 10 minutes of the meeting start time and stay for the entire meeting. Contractors who joined the February 23, 2023 pre-bid meeting within 10 minutes of the meeting start time do not need to attend the March 6, 2023 pre-bid meeting.
