Hong Liu, Deputy Director of Administration Services, has nearly 20 years of experience in fiscal and budget management, over eight years of those serving San Mateo County. She comes to the San Mateo County Probation Department with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Prior to coming to the Probation Department, she served as a Senior Accountant, Management Analyst, and Financial Services Manager I, while working in the Human Services Agency, County Manager’s Office, and San Mateo Medical Center. While in the County Manager’s Office, she served as a Budget Analyst for several County departments as well as the System Administrator of the County’s budget system. She was the Fiscal Manager for the Probation Department before being promoted to her current position.
